Conditions photoshoot win action florists

These conditions apply to the action "photo shoot win action florists" for florists in the Netherlands. The provider of this action is the Promotion Committee Every Alstroemeria.

• The action period runs from August 8, 2022 to December 31, 2023
• One winner will be chosen from all participants in the form.
• Participation in the promotion is only possible if you are the owner of a flower store in the Netherlands. All other participants are excluded from participation.
• Participants must provide accurate current information when entering a contest.
• Winners will be notified personally within 5 business days of the close of the promotion via the email address used to participate in the promotion.
• If there is no response within 5 business days of the announcement, the Every Alstroemeria Promotion Committee has the right to designate a new winner.
• When you become a participant winner of the photo shoot you automatically waive your portrait rights, for this we ask you to sign a quitclaim. 
• No correspondence can be made about the results of the promotion.
• Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Participants' personal data are recorded according to the Personal Data Protection Act (Wpb).

• The provider has the right to change these terms and conditions in the interim.
• The Every Alstroemeria Promotion Committee is not responsible for any typographical, printing or typesetting errors.
• By participating in the win, the participant declares that he/she agrees with the above terms and conditions.
